BBC renews 'Sherlock' for a third season
All three episodes of BBC's Sherlock have aired in the UK--and US viewers are still patiently waiting for it to air here.
But it's hard to avoid spoilers, especially since the last episode of this season, The Reichenbach Fall, was based on Arthur Conan Doyle's The Final Problem--so Holmes enthusiasts can probably make an educated guess at what happens.
The ending left many viewers worried that this would be the end of the series--but not so, according to showrunner Steven Moffat. In fact, Sherlock was renewed for a third season at the same time it was granted a second.
Sherlock hits US televisions in May on PBS.
