Clips and new details from Series 2 of BBC's 'Sherlock'
Sherlock, by Doctor Who showrunner Steven Moffat, returns to BBC in May (and airs in the United States on PBS). It's a brilliant modern-day take on Sherlock Holmes, and considering the cliffhanger from the last series, we're very excited for the show's return.
May is still a long ways off, so to hold us over, BBC put out two clips from the first of the series' three episodes--and while three episodes might not sound like a lot, each one is 90 minutes long. (And if you haven't seen the first series, it's streaming on Netflix).
Here's the clips, from A Scandal in Belgravia, an adaptation of the classic Holmes mystery A Scandal in Bohemia.
That episode will be followed by new versions of two more classic Holmes stories: The Hounds of Baskerville and The Reichenbach Fall.
